Terms of Service

1. Who we are

HI Investments Africa is registered in Nigeria, an initiative by House of Increase. These terms govern your use of the HI Investments Africa platform and your participation in a cohort.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your dashboard unlocks. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you submit.

3. Cohort membership

Joining a cohort commits you to that cohort's monthly contribution amount and duration. A cohort activates only once fully subscribed; membership cannot be added after it starts. See our Risk Disclosure for how missed payments and termination are handled.

4. Payments and fees

Contributions are collected through our payment provider. Transaction fees are added on top of your contribution and paid by you.

5. Termination

A second missed payment in a cohort (even if not consecutive) places your membership under mandatory review. We may retain or terminate it per the process described in our Risk Disclosure; a termination remits only the principal you've actually contributed to that cohort, never any accrued gains. You may not transfer your membership to another person.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, HI Investments is not liable for investment losses arising from market performance. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

8. Contact
