Common Investment Mistakes
Guaranteed-return promises, borrowed money, checking prices daily, and confusing a tip with a process.
Chasing guaranteed high returns. If someone can promise 10% a month with no risk, they are not an investor. Walk away.
Investing money you will need for rent, fees or medical care in the next few months. An investment is not an emergency fund.
Copying a friend's trade without reading the product documents. Their risk capacity is not yours.
Checking performance daily and reacting. A twelve-month cohort cannot survive a twelve-hour attention span.
Ignoring fees, taxes and inflation because the headline number looked attractive.
HI Investments Africa will never ask you to bypass a licensed provider, send capital to a personal account, or treat a cohort as a lottery.
